01.Free Online Screening Assessment
At Peaceful Child Learning & Wellness Center, our Free Online Screening Assessment identifies whether your child requires traditional tutoring or more comprehensive testing for learning disabilities, learning gaps, or executive function challenges. This initial evaluation helps tailor our educational approach to meet your child's unique needs, ensuring they receive the support necessary for their academic success.
02.Academic and Executive Function Assessment
Testing begins at $250 and caps at $600. Your individualized assessment plan depends on the results of the free screener. At PCLWC, our Academic & Executive Function Assessments use targeted assessments and testing modules to identify specific gaps in reading, math, comprehension, memory, and executive function skills related to cognitive function or learning disabilities. This thorough evaluation allows our expert staff to create tailored support plan for your child.
03.Homework Hub
Offered Monday-Thursday, 3:30-5:30 pm at the clinic. $25 per session, billed monthly. Group size is limited to 4 students per tutor, for Grades 1-12. Pick your tutoring day(s) for the month. Join us for a structured environment where students complete their school assignments. We provide support in organization, time management, and specific subjects to ensure academic success and reduced stress at home. If your child finishes their work early, they can enjoy our reading and games corner.
04.Individual Tutoring
Individual tutoring is $60 per 55-minute session, billed monthly. Our basic package includes (2) 55-minute sessions per week, billed at $480/month. Our next tier is $720/month and includes (3) 55-minute sessions per week. (Individualized tutoring sessions can be customized to your child's needs by adding days to the week or time to each session. Let us know what you need, and we will be happy to create the best plan for your child.)
05.Online Tutoring
Online tutoring is $60 per 55-minute session, billed monthly. Our basic package includes (2) 55-minute sessions per week, billed at $480/month. Our next tier includes (3) 55-minute sessions per week, billed at $720/month. (Individualized tutoring sessions can be customized to your child's needs by adding days to the week or time to each session. Let us know what you need, and we will be happy to create the best plan for your child.) Session times are CST. No limitation on location.
06.Mental Health Counseling
At PCLWC, our counselor holds licensure as an LPC and LMFT. She specializes in children, adolescents, young adults, and families. We provide support for issues such as depression, adjustment challenges, life coaching, family conflict or transitions, academic or performance stress, social anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, identity and self-esteem, all from a Christian perspective.
07.Learning Disability Intervention
Cost per session is $70, billed monthly. Sessions are 55 minutes, billed montly at $560. Students receiving learning disability intervention are required to meet twice per week, but can schedule more sessions as needed. At PCLWC, our LD Intervention service employs specific diagnostic assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge, ensuring data-driven support for children with learning issues in Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dysgraphia, Literacy, Executive Function, ADHD, and Neurodivergence.
08.Parent Coaching
Parent Coaching is offered in individual (single-family) or group (multiple-family) settings. Individual sessions are $100 per session. Group sessions are $125 for a package of 3 sessions. Sessions are 55 minutes. All parental figures are heavily encouraged to attend together (for example, mom and dad) to ensure cooperation and alignment within the family unit. These sessions are for parental figures only. Children are not included in these sessions.
09.ADHD or Executive Function Coaching
Offered ONLINE only. $90/55 minute session, billed per session. For children and adults. If you are interested in ADHD or Executive Function coaching, fill out a booking form and the ADHD/Executive Function coach will contact you separately to schedule an appointment. At PCLWC, our ADHD and Executive Function Coaching service offers tailored strategies and tactics designed to help children and adults navigate the challenges of everyday life and schooling more effectively.
10.Homeschool Pod
Students meet 8:00 am-3:00 pm, Tuesday-Thursday. Cost per child is $750/month. Discover the Homeschool Pod at PCLWC, where our certified teachers support families with a tailored approach to learning. Our program features a small student-to-teacher ratio, allowing for personalized instruction based on your family's existing homeschool curriculum. Engaging hands-on activities foster individualized growth, making learning both effective and enjoyable for every child.
11.ACT Prep
Individual ACT Prep is $60 per 55-minute session, billed bi-weekly. The number of sessions depends on the student's needs. Please provide your tutor with a current ACT student score report so they can identify specific areas of need. Enhance your child's ACT test scores with our ACT Prep Tutoring at PCLWC. Our dedicated subject-specific tutors offer personalized support in English, Math, and Reading. Tutoring can include single-subject assistance or comprehensive multi-subject tutoring.
12.ACT Boot Camp
Enhance your test readiness with our ACT One-Day or Three-Day Boot Camp at Peaceful Child Learning & Wellness Center. Led by expert teachers in English, Math, and Reading, this immersive experience includes three sessions with short breaks to support focus and learning retention. Bring your own device and prepare for success!
13.College and Career Planning
At PCLWC, our College and Career Planning service guides high school students in selecting the right courses to prepare for their intended majors. We assist families in choosing dual enrollment or Advanced Placement courses to align with college aspirations and leverage the ACT and ACT Interest Inventory to clarify goals. Our comprehensive planning includes strategies for a successful first year in college, ensuring students are well-equipped for their academic journey.
