Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel, you must give a 24-hour notice. Please email amy@peacefulchildlearning.com to cancel your session. With a 24-hour notice, session fees can be applied to a later session. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, fees are non-refundable. Please be on time. You have a 10-minute grace period before providers become unavailable. Providers have back-to-back sessions. You are purchasing a time slot (for example, 2 pm-2:55 pm). If you arrive late to your session, it will still end at the pre-planned ending time (for example, if you arrive at 2:10 pm, your session will still end at 2:55 pm, so our providers can be on time to their next appointment). This is a protection for YOU, so that the session prior to yours runs on time and your session can begin and end promptly. Arriving over after the 10-minute grace period is considered a no-show. There are no refunds for no-show appointments. All credits and refunds are at the clinic's discretion.
